It's November and that means it's time for our annual feedback surveys. 

As in previous years, there are four versions of the feedback survey; we are committed to listening to you. 

1. Tenants - We are asking Empowerment Workers to get these out to tenants and support them in completing the forms
2. F&S Group Volunteers - all Friendship and Support Group members
3. Church Partners in leadership - the person heading up the project, ministers etc.
4. Franchise friends - more than one person can complete this - we want to hear from as many of you as possible. 

We are dedicated to listening to your concerns and recommendations as well as celebrating all the amazing things that have happened this year. Do you have recommendations of where we can improve? Please let us know. We really value your feedback. 

Last year we had 170 responses, lets smash that this year! You have until the end of November to get your feedback in!
