Hope into Action UK partners with churches to provide homes to people affected by homelessness. We transform lives by providing not just a home but also a community & friendship where people can build a new life. With over 130 houses open, we invite individuals to invest—whether £5,000 or more—to help continue the growth of this impactful model.

From addiction to new beginnings

Once homeless and addicted, Andrew survived day to day, estranged from his family. Hope into Action offered housing and support, helping him find faith, community, and recovery. His life transformed, friendships grew, and his family returned. Before his father died, he proudly recognised the change. Now, he’s looking ahead with gratitude and purpose.

Susie: one year clean

Susie has been on an incredible journey with us. After suffering from domestic abuse and dealing with addiction, Susie ended up in prison. From sleeping in shop doorways and derelict buildings and wishing most of the time that she wasn’t alive, Susie has come a long way 

Her journey of transformation become even more evident since she was housed in one of our properties. We planted a seed which has yielded great fruit. Susie has felt empowered and is now over one year clean from drug use. She has become a valuable part of her community and church.

Frank found stability, belonging and purpose

After leaving prison, Frank faced homelessness and the threat of recall. A chance meeting led to Hope into Action, where stable housing and support helped him recover from a liver transplant, rebuild skills, and regain hope.

Now, with renewed purpose, he’s working toward permanent accommodation and aims to help others facing similar challenges find a path forward.

Urwa - A refugee’s Story of finding home and community 

Urwa, an Ahmadi Muslim from Pakistan, fled persecution to the UK. Homeless and alone, Hope into Action provided accommodation, guidance, and community connections.

With support, she is rebuilding her life, pursuing personal goals, speaking publicly about refugee experiences, and gaining confidence and hope - demonstrating the transformative impact of compassionate support for refugees.
