TENANT SAFETY FILM

 

This film has been developed in response to a major house fire in a Hope into Action house. Other language versions are available at the foot of this page.

 

Please ensure all new tenants see it and answer the question at the end of each section within 1 week of moving in. There is a 10 second pause after each question, but you can also pause the film for longer if necessary.

 

The film is around 10 minutes long as is structured as follows:

 

• Introduction
• Fire safety & 4 quiz questions
• House maintenance & 6 quiz questions
• Security & 2 quiz questions
• Conclusion & credits

 

Please record on the Tenant Induction to home checklist and add the date the tenant saw the film and the date they answered all 12 quiz questions correctly.
