Hope into Action has a proven track record of success in not only housing the homeless but also turning their lives around. Core Foundations has signed up to follow their tried-and-tested model and Hope into Action will provide us with support and guidance throughout this journey. Core Foundations has also partnered with a leading social housing provider, Karbon Homes, who have agreed to provide us with some of the houses for our tenants in the North East area. Our first home was opened in Consett, where out partner church County Durham Christian Life Centre is supporting this community outreach project and it is fantastic that many other local churches in Consett have been inspired to join and work alongside us. Similarly in Hexham our partner church, The Community Church are working alongside West End Methodist to support our second home which he hope to secure soon through investors in Hexham.
